I know it hasn’t been a full week yet, but I decided before I began that Sundays would be the official weigh-in day. So, -2.1lbs from my starting weight.  I’m feeling good today! I’m sure it has to do as much with food choices as it does the great evening we had. A double date to Reata where I had a caesar salad, mahi mahi with lobster florentine, green beans and just a bit of rice, 1 glass of a delicious malbec and good conversation. Followed that with a fantastic Hanson concert at the Bass Hall, with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra- running into girlfriends that I haven’t seen outside of facebook in almost 17 years…followed that with the Cowboys winning their playoff game.

Truly a night for the books 🙂

Going into next week determined to have ZERO cheats.
